About Eric Chandler

I have had my right knee completely reconstructed, lower back surgery, a broken right arm, broken nose, broken collarbone, and the list goes on.  I worked in the Douglas County Attorney’s Office in Omaha, Nebraska as a criminal prosecutor until the fall of 2007.  So for me it was a natural fit after leaving the prosecutor’s office to move my practice of law into the two areas I know best and am most interested in, criminal defense and personal injury.

I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska.  I attended the University of Kansas for undergraduate school, and I received my law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.  Shortly after graduating from UNL, I moved back to Omaha where I worked as a criminal prosecutor until opening The Law Office of Eric R. Chandler in September of 2007.

My entire law practice now consists solely of personal injury and criminal defense cases.  Personal injury involves representing people who have been injured in accidents such as in a car crash.  I represent people with all types of injuries ranging from back injuries, such as a herniated disc, to brain injuries and wrongful death actions.  Criminal defense means representing individuals who have been charged with committing crimes against the State.  I defend all types of criminal offenses including everything from D.U.I.’s to murder and drug offenses.

From the day I opened The Law Office of Eric R. Chandler I have made it my personal goal to provide excellent service to all of my clients, regardless of the case or situation.  Every client is given access to my direct phone line and personal email in an attempt to better foster the attorney-client relationship.
